In this message, Pastor Jacob asks us to examine the internal condition of our souls. We often look at our crazy, busy, lives and assume that the reason we are so stressed is because we’ve got so much stuff to do. What if the source of our stress is something inside, not outside? Jesus offers rest for our souls… will we accept His offer?

For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? and how will anyone go and tell them with out being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” (Romans 10:13-15 NLT) As Believers, we must consider ourselves “sent”. The truly simple step for sharing Jesus is to tell others your personal story. They may want to argue about theology, but they can’t argue with your personal, life-changing experience. Just tell it like it is!

In our weekend services, for the 4 weeks leading up to Christmas, We are taking a deeper look at the Kingship of Jesus. What does it mean for Him to be Here in our lives today? We will be looking at the Christmas story in a fresh way. What was it like before He came? Why was there such opposition to His coming? What did He do when He was here and why should it matter? How does Him being King mean anything in the crazy world we live in today? We hope to answer these questions.
